How to make alu-tama

Ingredients : Potatos : 5 small sizes
Tama: 1 small bowl(Bamboo shoots)
Bodi or dry peas soaked : 1 bowl
salt; to taste
chilly powder : 2 tea spoon
cumin and coriender powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder; 1/5 tea spoon
Water; 1 litre
Tomatoes: 3 pcs
Ginger Garlic, Paste : 1 table spoon
Coriender leaves: 1/2 bowl finely chopped

Heat oil ,cracle some fenugreek seeds after that 3 pieces of dried redchilly .
Add potatoes and cook it until it gets little golden in colour then add bodi or soaked dry peas cook it for a while ,now add all the spices(ginger garlic paste,salt,chilly powder,cumin and coriender powder ,turmeric powder ,salt) cook it properly when it is almost cooked and start leaving oil then add tomatoes and fry it properly and finally add bamboo shoots and cook it for 5 minutes and add water and pressure cook it for 2 whistle and sprinkle some corienderleaves over it and serve it hot with rice either it can be consumed without rice also.
