The recipe for dhido is, boil water (amount: look Premcharo), put flour, little by little, in the boiling water while putting the heat down. stir is to make all the flour soaked by water. add more flour and stir till everything is soaked. when the mixture of flour and water as dense as when u make paratha roti, keep on stirring for a while. When you think the flour is cooked, serve it. If you want to put ghee in it, put it after you introduce some flour in the boiling water. if you put it later, ghee gets stuck in only some part of the dhido.
